Knit to Quit

I was having a little wander around the internet when I uncovered a phenomena that I didn’t know about.
It all started for me with this news story. Never having been a smoker myself, it had never occurred to me that one could use knitting as an aid to quitting smoking.
But apparently I’ve been living under a rock. In fact, the UK goverment’s website links to this article to inspire you to set up your own group of like-minded crafsters.
Unfortunately, not all governments are so open-minded. Check out this attempted legislation in India (scroll down to the bottom of the page if you aren’t taken there directly).
